Squat, hinge, push and pull patterns across four tiers. Each class focuses on a single primary lift with isometric holds between sets.

What a class actually looks like

The structure stays the same so you can settle in.

Every masterclass opens with a two-minute arrival, then a focused warm-up, a clearly named main set with progressions, and a brief cool-down. We post the full plan in the chat before each session so you can preview it.

Do I really need no equipment?

Correct. A yoga mat is helpful but not required. For Outdoor Roam you’ll use a public bench.

How much space do I need?

About the size of a yoga mat plus a step on either side — roughly two metres by one metre.

Can I start mid-week?

Yes. Every format is self-contained. You don’t need to start on a Monday.

What if I miss the live time?

The replay is published within an hour with chapter markers, and stays available for 30 days.

Are sessions appropriate for beginners?

Five of the six formats are designed for all levels. Conditioning Bursts assumes a small base of recent activity.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancel anytime up to one hour before the live start from your booking dashboard.
