By browsing this website, opening a member account or attending any of our masterclasses, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the site or platform. These terms form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the service and supersede any previous understandings.
The masterclasses are designed for adults aged sixteen and over. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the law of England and Wales.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please write to us immediately so we can help secure the account. You may close your account at any time through the member dashboard or by writing to us using the contact details below.

All masterclass recordings, cue sheets, written content, photography, branding and software on this site are the property of Vivwildcleanse or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, stream and download replays for your personal use only; any other use requires our prior written consent.
Membership fees are billed in pounds sterling at the rates shown on our programmes page. Drop-in passes are charged once. Monthly access renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. We will email you a clear receipt for every charge. If a payment fails, we will pause your access and write to you so it can be put right.
Bodyweight movement should feel sustainable rather than punishing. You are responsible for choosing the level of intensity that suits you, and for stopping any movement that does not feel right in your body. Where you have a relevant condition, please speak with a suitably qualified professional before starting a new movement habit. Our coaches are happy to suggest gentler regressions if you write to us before a class.
We provide the website and masterclasses with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited under English law, such as personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with this agreement is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or end your access to the platform with reasonable notice if you materially breach these terms, if continued provision becomes commercially impractical, or if required by law. Where access ends, any pre-paid unused amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis except where the termination follows a serious breach.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, although nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where consumer-protection law gives you that right.
