Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain English, what personal data we collect when you use the Vivwildcleanse website and masterclass platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last reviewed on today.

1. Who we are

Vivwildcleanse is a fitness studio that publishes live and on-demand bodyweight masterclasses for adults in the United Kingdom. Our registered studio address is 25 Eccleston Yards, London SW1W 9AZ. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for any personal information we collect through this website and our booking platform.

We are committed to handling your personal data lawfully, fairly and in a way you would reasonably expect. Where we use external providers — for example, to process payments or send transactional email — we choose vendors with established UK or EU data-protection practices and put written agreements in place that bind them to the same standards.

2. The data we collect

We try to collect as little personal information as we sensibly can. The categories below describe everything we currently gather:

  • Contact details — your name and email address when you write to us through the contact form or sign up for an account.
  • Account information — your chosen display name, the time zone you select, and the masterclass formats you favour.
  • Booking history — the live sessions you reserve, attend or cancel.
  • Payment metadata — last four digits of the card used, expiry month and year, and the issuing country. We never store full card numbers ourselves; this data is held by our payment provider.
  • Technical data — your browser type, device, language preference, the pages you visit on this website, and how long you spent on each. We use this data in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone, kept so we can respond properly.

3. Why we collect it

We use personal data to provide and improve the service you have asked for. Specifically, we process information in order to:

  • create and maintain your member account and respond to your enquiries;
  • schedule, deliver, record and replay the masterclasses you book;
  • process payment for the membership plan you select and provide receipts;
  • send transactional emails such as booking confirmations, replays and account notices;
  • monitor the technical health of the website and detect abuse;
  • plan future masterclass formats based on aggregated patterns in attendance.

We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it to build advertising profiles outside our own platform.

4. Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Contract — to provide the masterclasses, account features and replays that form part of your membership.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and run aggregate analytics that help us improve.
  • Consent — for any optional communications you choose to receive, and for non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation — to retain tax-relevant records for the periods required by UK law.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with carefully selected suppliers who help us run the studio and only to the extent necessary. Categories include:

  • our payment processor, which handles card details directly and shares only the metadata listed above with us;
  • our transactional email provider, used to send booking confirmations and replays;
  • our streaming and recording provider, which hosts the live and on-demand video;
  • professional advisers such as accountants and auditors, on a confidential basis.

We do not share personal data with social platforms, advertising networks or data brokers.

6. How long we keep it

We retain your account and booking data while your membership is active. If you close an account, we remove identifying information within ninety days, except for records we are legally required to keep — typically billing records for six full tax years. Anonymous, aggregated data may be kept indefinitely for trend analysis; this information cannot be linked back to you.

7. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you have the right to ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, to delete information that is no longer needed, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy of the data you have provided, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the contact details below. We aim to respond within fifteen working days.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe we have not handled your data appropriately. We would, of course, prefer the chance to put things right first.

8. Children

Our masterclasses are designed for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child has provided information through our website, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, in our suppliers, or in the law. When we make material changes, we will notify active members by email at least fourteen days before the change takes effect. The current version is always published on this page with the review date shown above.

10. How to reach us

Questions about privacy can be sent by post to 25 Eccleston Yards, London SW1W 9AZ, United Kingdom, by phone on +44 20 8064 0583 during studio hours, or in writing to correspondence@vivwildcleanse.world. We read every message and aim to respond within two working days.
